There are 6 main vocabulary words that we will stress throughout the workshop.

The first vocabulary word is

hyperlink   

A hyperlink is a word or picture that you click on with the computer's mouse in order to visit another Web page.

You probably clicked on a hyperlink in order to see this Web page.

If a word or phrase on a Web page is underlined, it is probably a hyperlink.

If a picture is a hyperlink, you can tell because the mouse cursor changes to a hand when it passes overtop of the picture.
