Access Project 2 Assignments
1. Read Project 2, pp. 2.4- 2.46. Do the Pilotech Services query exercises as you go. You may have difficult using the Zoom dialog box that is explained on p. 2.37 since MS Office may have conflicts with our network. Alert the instructor if you do have difficulty.
2. Do the True/False, Multiple Choice, Understanding the Select Query Window, and Understanding Statistics sections on pp. 2.47 - 2.50.
3. Do the "Querying the Green Thumb Database" (Apply Your Knowledge) exercise on p. 2.53. Hand in your results, making sure that your name and the name of the exercise appears in a header.
4. Do Cases and Places #3 on p. 1.74. (You will need this database for the next exercise in Project 2). Make sure that your name and the name of the exercise (Project 1, Cases and Places #3) appear in the header of each printout. Staple all printouts together and submit.
5. Do Cases and Places #3 on p. 2.59. You will need to use the database that you created in the previous exercise (Cases & Places #3 on p. 1.74). Make sure that your name and the name of the exercise (Project 2, Cases and Places #3) appear in the header of each printout for this exercise. Staple all printouts together and submit.
6. Do the Access Project 2 word search puzzle. You must write the word that matches each description in the left margin next to the description.
