2. Make sure that you have downloaded & installed the ZDU plug-in (lioplugin) so that you can take an online tutorial. Call the instructor to your computer if you have not successfully done this.
   
3. Configure your preferences on the class discussion board. Call the instructor to your computer if you need help.
